Bi Lingual HR Assistant

Nationwide Manufacturer has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Bi Lingual HR assistant.  The first responsibility is to act as liaison and to translate between Hispanic employees and management.  Additional duties will include assisting with payroll, employee new hire paperwork and other administrative functions as requested by HR manager.  This position requires education toward an HR degree or certification and 2 years of HR experience.  In addition the qualified candidate must speak and write both Spanish and English with a good understanding of local dialects and have strong Microsoft Office and clerical skills.

The position pays 13-14 per hour with an evaluation after 90 days as well as a generous benefit package.
