Bilingual Recruiter for the Knoxville Market

We are currently seeking a bi-lingual Recruiter for the Knoxville market.  Respond if you are a driven professional with the ability to work in a fast paced industry, fluent in communicating in Spanish,  and have excellent proven customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining a strong relationship between the client and our company and delivering exceptional customer service;
• Communicating with and recruiting for Spanish speaking bi-lingual staff;
• Working in a team environment toward meeting the goals of the group; 
• Anticipating and developing value-added service to support changing staffing needs;
• Receiving and responding to some after hours and weekend calls as needed
• Demonstrating our company's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators;
• Coordinating activities to fulfill staffing needs, including recruitment, screening, interviewing and hiring;
• Maintaining all support functions including but not limited to timekeeping, payroll and attendance reports, invoicing, production reports, orientation, counseling and performance management.

Requirements include:

Two year degree or equivalent; proven customer service background and recruiting experience; ability to multi-task; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English; ability to work after hours and on week-ends.
