Specific Job Responsibilities:

The Enterprise IT Operations & Services Director will work closely with each organization within CNS as well as the NNSA

Production Office (NPO) to ensure the information technology infrastructure and services are in compliance with all pertinent

government directives. The position is responsible for Transformation of the CNS infrastructure and services - driving to one

consolidated infrastructure and IT service model including network, email, data center, mobility, cloud services, end user

services. This position is responsible for the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information

solutions to support the enterprise's accomplishment of business goals.

Education & Relevant Experience:

Requires broad and thorough technical/functional and management knowledge to resolve multi-discipline, multi-function, or

process problems in a component of a functional area.

Requires several years of progressive supervisory experience up to and including experience with coordinating various

departments in a functional area with competing priorities.

Has in-depth knowledge of Y-12 business and operations support, resources, practices, processes, and policies needed to

solve problems and accomplish work.

Implements company policies and makes recommendations on development of new policies.

Specific Job Knowledge & Training Required:

Required Skills

--BS, BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required or equivalent experience

--Fifteen years of experience managing, securing and transforming IT infrastructure/systems located in multiple

geographically disbursed sites with multiple operating environments

--Demonstrated collaborative skills with other IT organizations to analyze CNS business process models, industry methods

and best practices, developing technology bricks for use in the CNS Technology Architecture

Demonstrated skills in short and long term modernization implementation of new IT solutions

--High level of interpersonal skills to address and report sensitive and confidential situations

--ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
