Customer Service Representative

Techmer PM, LLC

Techmer PM is a well-established supplier of color and additive masterbatches to the plastics industry serving many different markets.

We offer an excellent compensation package including health insurance, company-paid life insurance, profit sharing, 401(k) plus company match and bonus plan. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Clinton, Tennessee site with a minimum of four years of direct customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders for new production and stock inventory orders

· Notify customers and sales representatives of any changes, delays, or additional work needed.

· Reviews open order status daily · Coordinate customer’s requirements with Production Scheduler

· Monitor customer inventory and notifies customers and sales of aged inventory

· Responds daily to customer and sales inquiries · Coordinates customer returns

· Requests material from other facilities when needed

· Participates in coordinating general market price increases and tracks pricing history

· Consolidates shipments for freight cost savings

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent. Advanced education is preferred.

· Minimum of 4 years of direct customer service and related field experience

· Bilingual and/or international sales documentation is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to train others on group processes and responsibilities.
