Work Description:
Performs analytical work in the areas of recruiting, workforce planning, job descriptions and classifications,
policy administration, training and development, and employee relations. Assists in the evaluation and implementation of related
programs, processes and procedures. Identifies gaps and proposes solutions to programs and processes relevant to workforce
management. Produces and analyzes reports related to all areas of Human Resources weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Ensures
compliance with all federal and state laws regarding personnel administration. Leads or assists in research, data gathering and
management to support programs and projects. Consults with Human Resources staff and other KUB employees. Performs other
duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field
One (1) to three (3) years experience in related field
Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Valid Tennessee driver’s license
Physical Demands:
Sedentary work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force
frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve bending,
stooping, reaching, walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications
One (1) to three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the areas of recruiting, training and development, policy
administration and employee relations
Certification in Human Resource Management
Demonstrated experience developing and managing reports and metrics
Strong computer skills and query skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and PeopleSoft HRIS or similar system
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines in a timely manner
Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of employees and management
Excellent customer service skills
