Work Description: This position is intended to provide administrative support to the Underground Construction staff to assist with the following initiatives: Job Safety Briefings, Daily Vehicle Inspections, Wastehauler Manifests, and Service Sheet Audits. Duties may include, but will not be limited to, data entry, filing, scanning, making copies of documents, auditing and reviewing documents, and other general office tasks. Other projects, tasks, and duties will be assigned as needed. 
Minimum Qualifications: 
 Must be a full-time student of an accredited college or university and maintaining active student status in good standing  Must be pursuing an undergraduate Associates or Bachelors degree, or a graduate-level degree  Must have and maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or better  Must possess basic computer skills  Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications 
 Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate-level Business degree;Experience working in an office setting;Detail oriented and experience completing work under deadlines;Strong organizational skills
