Work Schedule: 15-29 hours / week: M - F

Work Description: Assists the Overhead Construction staff by providing administrative support. Duties may include, but are not
limited to, using outage management software to create repair jobs for streetlights, using customer information software to update
private light work performed, using databases and spreadsheets to track departmental processes, assist with processing invoices,
learning and documenting business processes, and managing documentation inventory.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be and maintain full-time student status at an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or a
graduate-level degree
Must have and maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or better
Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office, and other related applications)
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Good oral and written communication
Valid driver's license

Physical Demands: Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move or relocate files, and/or a negligible amount of force
frequently to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve
walking or standing for brief periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer
Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to write reports/summaries/articles that require minimal review
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
