Financial Service Representative:

Provide a superior client service experience while assisting in and supporting all aspects of service and sales-related activities in the branch.  Develop new and strengthen/expand existing personal and business client relationships through daily client relationship management, providing financial solutions that meet clients’ needs and goals, penetrating all product and service lines.  Provide financial solutions that meet clients’ needs and objectives using sales activities to include conducting consultative conversations, online charts, tele-consulting and making referrals when appropriate. Support the efforts and goals of the branch team through personal sales of a wide variety of SunTrust products and services and use of referrals, as appropriate, across LOBs
