Additional Information, about the position.

Clayton Bank and Trust is growing its mortgage servicing team.  We are looking for 2 Team Members who are fluent in Spanish and English, to help contact our customers.  The jobs are located in a professional office environment in downtown Knoxville and no additional travel is required.  Our mortgage servicing team, assists mortgage holders with paying mortgages on time and answering questions about mortgage accounts. Previous experience is not necessary. Training will be provided. The full time position includes benefits such as insurance, Vacation, Sick, and Holiday pay Team Members after orientation period.  We also have a part-time mortgage servicing position open with flexible hours that will typically run from early afternoon to evening and an occasional Saturday for 4 hours. The full time hours are typically:

• 2 days a week: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 2 days a week: 10am to 7pm
• Fridays: 9am  to 6pm
• 2 Saturdays a month: 8:30am to 12:30pm
• If you work a Saturday, you get a shorter day during the week. 
• No Travel Required,
• Work Location: Downtown Knoxville
