HoLa-Hora Latina Receives Grant
HoLa- Hora Latina is proud to announce that the Southern Arts Federation, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and the Tennessee Arts Commission, has awarded HoLa a grant to bring Vientos del Pueblo (music of the Andes) to the 2008 Hola Festival.
The Hola Festival is a celebration of diversity and a cultural salute to our East Tennessee community. Live music, dancing, food, arts and crafts, Kids on the Block puppets, Parade of Nations, Zoomobile and much more!
There will be many activities for the kids, including a passport to “travel” through Heritage Tables, where they will receive flag stickers to put on their passport.
